All my jewellery is handmade by me and I take great care and pride to ensure each piece is designed and made with precision and attention to detail.

I am happy to repair or replace any item which is faulty or damaged in transit or alternatively issue a full refund if the item is faulty.

I try to make photos as realistic as possible but colour of pearls or stones may vary slightly.

If there are any issues please do not hesitate to let me know

I ship all items via Australia post in 1-2 business days from receipt of order using standard mail delivery with no tracking or for an extra charge you can choose delivery with tracking. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs

Clean the Amazonite teardrops occaionally by wiping with a slightly damp soft cloth after wear.

The silver ear hooks can be cleaned with a silver polish cloth and always store each piece of jewellery separately.
