All my jewellery is handmade by me and I take great care and pride to ensure each piece is designed and made with precision and attention to detail.

I am happy to repair or replace any item which is faulty or damaged in transit or alternatively issue a full refund if the item is faulty.

I try to make photos as realistic as possible but colour of pearls or stones may vary slightly.

As pearls are organic always apply perfume and allow to dry before putting on your earrings and wipe with a slightly damp soft cloth after wear.

The gold plated sterling silver rings & ear hooks can be also be cleaned with  a slightly damp soft cloth but cleaning with a silver polish cloth isn't recommended and always store each piece of jewellery separately.

I ship all items via Australia post in 1-2 business days from receipt of order using standard mail delivery with no tracking or for an extra charge you can choose delivery with tracking.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
