I am happy to repair or replace any item which is faulty or damaged in transit or alternatively issue a full refund if the item is faulty.

As pearls are organic apply perfume and allow to dry before putting on your jewellery and wipe with a slightly damp soft cloth after wear.

The sterling silver ear hooks can be cleaned with a silver polish cloth and always store each piece of jewellery separately.
