All my jewellery is handmade by me and I take great care and pride to ensure each piece is designed and made with precision and attention to detail.

I am happy to repair or replace any item which is faulty or damaged in transit or alternatively issue a full refund if the item is faulty.

I try to make photos as realistic as possible but colour of pearls or stones may vary slightly.

I ship all items via Australia post in 1-2 business days from receipt of order using standard mail delivery with no tracking or for an extra charge you can choose delivery with tracking. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

It is always best to apply perfume before putting on your jewellery as pearls are organic and perfume could discolour the pearl and will linger on the Pearl.  

It's best to clean your jewellery after wear with a slightly damp soft cloth before storing away and always store each piece of jewellery separately.
